A long-time professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava, Alexej Kraščenič focuses on painting and graphic art. He is regarded as a representative of postmodernism. His works draw inspiration from everyday life, characterized by playful use of color and compositions reduced to the brink of abstraction.
